Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (or date order was marked as delivered).

Eligibility

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Must include all accessories, manuals, packaging.

Non‑returnable Items

• Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or with missing parts cannot be returned.

• Products marked “Final Sale” or heavily discounted/clearance may not be returnable (unless defective).

How to Return

1. Contact our support team at [insert support email] with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions (and where applicable, a return shipping label).

3. Ship the product back to us following the provided instructions.

Return Shipping

• Unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective item, wrong product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; we don’t guarantee receipt of the return item otherwise.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non refundable (unless the return was due to our error).

Exchanges

• We do not automatically offer exchanges. If you want a different model, please return the original (following return policy), then place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

• Please inspect items upon arrival. For any defects or damage, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, include Photos and order number.

• If confirmed, we will replace or refund at no cost to you.
