Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1‑2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

• If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Domestic shipping: 3‑7 business days after processing.

• International shipping: 7‑21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

• Free shipping on orders over [insert threshold, e.g. $100 USD].

Tracking & Notifications

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once it’s available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.

• Riya Storre is not responsible for delays due to customs inspections or destination country customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If the shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery (or the delivery date if visible) with your order number and photos.

• We will work with the courier and/or provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
